The main problem raised is the effort to increase the work motivation of teachers through the right leadership style. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The study population included 241 teachers, with a sample of 73 people determined using the Slovin formula (10% error rate) and the stratified proportional random sampling technique. Data collection instruments are Likert scale questionnaires that have met the validity and reliability tests. The Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression technique with the help of SPSS version 27. The results showed that: (1) the work motivation of teachers is in the category of very high with the achievement rate of 92.29%; (2) servant leadership principals are in the category of very good with the achievement of 93.22%; and (3) there is a significant influence between servant leadership on teacher work motivation of 67.8%. This finding concluded that the more effective the application of servant leadership by the principal, the higher the motivation of teachers. High work motivation encourages teachers to perform their duties responsibly, enthusiastically, loyally, and with strong work discipline. This study aimed to describe the level of teachers’ work motivation at Kartika 1–5 Senior High School Padang in terms of responsibility, work enthusiasm, loyalty, and work discipline.</p> <p>This research employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive method. All 54 teachers at Kartika 1–5 Senior High School Padang were involved as research respondents through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out by calculating mean scores to describe the level of teachers’ work motivation for each indicator examined.</p> <p>The results indicated that teachers’ work motivation at Kartika 1–5 Senior High School Padang was categorized as very high. Work discipline obtained the highest mean score, followed by loyalty and responsibility, which were also classified as very high. Meanwhile, work enthusiasm was categorized as high. This type of research is descriptive with a population of all active students totaling 2,151 students and a sample of 126 students taken using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 54 statement items covering indicators of tangible service, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance, and has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that students' perceptions of library services as a whole were in the good category with an average score of 4.20. The details: Tangible 4.23, Reliability 4.20, Responsiveness 4.19, Assurance 4.18, and Empathy 4.22, all of which were in the good category. This indicates that library services have been adequate in supporting the aspects of Tangible, Empathy, and Reliability, although there is still room for improvement, especially in the aspects of Responsiveness&nbsp;&nbsp; and &nbsp;Assurance.</p> Neysha Amini Putri Ahmad Sabandi Jasrial Tia Ayu Ningrum Copyright (c) 2026 IJE (International Journal of Education) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 13 18 10.24036/ije.4.1.13-18 The Influence of Principals' Digital Leadership on Teachers' Innovative Behavior at Public Senior High Schools in Solok City https://ije.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/ije/article/view/268 <p>This study is based on discussions related to teachers' innovative behavior related to the principal's digital leadership as an influencing factor. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's digital leadership on the innovative behavior of teachers in Solok City State Senior High Schools. The method used is a quantitative method. The sample of this study was 147 teachers in Solok City State Senior High Schools and the sample was determined using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique by calculating the sample size using the Chocran formula, which was 108 people. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model designed to measure two variables, namely the principal's digital leadership and teacher innovative behavior. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistical techniques and simple regression analysis to test the influence of both variables. The results of data processing and calculation using SPSS 26, explained that the innovative behavior of teachers was categorized as good and the principal's digital leadership was also categorized as good. It can be concluded that the higher the principal's digital leadership, the better the innovative behavior of teachers in Solok City State Senior High Schools. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's digital leadership on the innovative behavior of teachers in Solok City State Senior High Schools using the t-test of 11.278.
