This research is a quantitative descriptive study, in which 90 students were selected as respondents using proportional stratified random sampling to ensure data representation from every grade level. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire covering three aspects: Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place, which were then analyzed using descriptive statistics to calculate the percentage of achievement. The results showed that overall, the library service quality is in the "good" category with an average score of 4.02 (80.47%). Although staff reliability and attitude are the main strengths, the transition process toward a digital library still requires more optimal planning. This study concludes that the integration of interpersonal service excellence and structured digital transformation is crucial to enhancing students' independent.
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SIJE-Student International Journal of Education https://ije.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/sije/article/view/281 The Relationship Between School Climate And Student Learning Discipline At SMPN 1 Enam Lingkung 2026-05-02T05:54:14+00:00 Naila Zulfa nailazulfa1010@gmail.com Hadiyanto hadiyanto@fip.unp.ac.id Anisah anisah@fip.unp.ac.id Yulianto Santoso yuliantosantoso@fip.unp.ac.id
This study aims to describe the school climate, student learning discipline, and examine the relationship between the two at SMPN 1 Enam Lingkung. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study population was 550 students, with a sample of 90 students determined through proportional stratified random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including normality tests, linearity tests, Pearson correlation analysis, and t-tests to test the significance of the relationship. The results showed that student learning discipline was in the discipline category with an average score of 3.0, while the school climate was in the conducive category with an average score of 3.1. The correlation analysis showed a coefficient value of 0.631 with a significance level of 0.000, which indicates a strong and significant relationship between school climate and student learning discipline. The results of the t-test showed that the calculated t-value was greater than the t-table, so the hypothesis was accepted. These findings indicate that the more conducive the school climate, the higher the level of student learning discipline. Therefore, improving the quality of the school climate is a crucial factor in supporting student learning discipline.
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SIJE-Student International Journal of Education https://ije.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/sije/article/view/279 The Relationship Between Direct Supervisory Practices and Employee Work Discipline at the Pasaman Regency Education Office 2026-04-30T01:28:34+00:00 Intan Nuraini intannuraini4997@gmail.com Ermita ermita@fip.unp.ac.id Rusdinal rusdinal@fip.unp.ac.id Tia Ayu Ningrum tia.ayu.ningrum2@gmial.com
This study aims to analyze the relationship between supervision by immediate supervisors and employee work discipline at the Pasaman Regency Education Office. The study employed a quantitative approach using a census method involving 77 employees. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the normality test indicate that the data are normally distributed (sig. = 0.60 > 0.05), and the linearity test indicates a linear relationship (sig. = 0.351 > 0.05). The Pearson correlation test yielded a coefficient of r = 0.579, which is greater than the critical value (0.221) with a significance level of p < 0.05, thus indicating a significant relationship. The t-test showed a calculated t-value of 6.152 > critical t-value of 1.993, further confirming the significance of the relationship. Supervision by immediate supervisors falls into the “good” category (86.9%), while employee work discipline falls into the “high” category (87.85%). Thus, there is a positive and significant relationship of moderate strength between supervision by immediate supervisors and employee work discipline.
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 SIJE-Student International Journal of Education https://ije.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/sije/article/view/274 The Influence of the Principal's Leadership on the Performance of State Junior High School Teachers in Kuranji District 2026-04-21T16:17:07+00:00 Syariatul Yardha Aisyah syardhasyah@gmail.com Nellitawati Nellitawati nellitawati@fip.unp.ac.id Lusi Susanti lusi_mp@yahoo.com Singgih Ginanjar singgihginanjar@fip.unp.ac.id
This research is a quantitative research with a type of correlational associative research.
