In the context of education, particularly in schools A, B, and C in Padang City, organizational development not only focuses on improving the quality of education but also on enhancing service delivery.this study aims to analyze organizational development needs in schools, focusing on personal, group, organizational, and large-scale needs within the educational context. This research uses a case study approach and quantitative methods to collect data through surveys distributed to teachers and staff at schools A, B, and C. The results show that organizational development in these schools has achieved a "Good" category in terms of effectiveness, with scores of 62.71%, 66.5%, and 61.7% for schools A, B, and C, respectively. They prefer using traditional that are teacher-centered and less interactive, (Ngasiman, 2014). After 10 years, the situation may be change. Therefore,&nbsp; this study aims to identify the level of knowledge and implementation of the contextual approach in teaching and learning by Islamic Education teachers <em>(GPI) </em>in Besut Terengganu Malaysia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 127 respondents from 16 primary schools. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using JOMAVI 2.3.28 software. The finding show that the level of knowledge and implementation of the contextual approach is high, with a significant relationship between knowledge and implementation of the approach (r = 0.923, p &lt; 0.001). Schools A, B, and C each demonstrate different organizational development needs. School A requires development in various aspects, including personal, group, organizational, and broad-scale needs, while School B focuses more on developing technical skills and soft skills to support vocational education. At School C, change management becomes a crucial element in organizational development to enhance effectiveness and adapt to contemporary challenges. The research methods used in this study include a descriptive quantitative approach at School A, qualitative methods at School B, and a case study approach at School C. The results of the study show that organizational development in each school significantly impacts performance quality and educational sustainability. Data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The results show that the personal aspect requires increasing individual competence (57%-58%), the group aspect requires strengthening team collaboration (59%-61%), and the organizational aspect shows the urgency of improving structure and management (72%-76%). Apart from that, relationships with external parties need to be strengthened (56%-58%). Recommendations include skills training, teamwork development, organizational restructuring, and strengthening external partnerships to support educational effectiveness. But then, the previous data showed that the majority of the teachers still did not use the apps for animation videos in learning. Another data showed the level of knowledge in multimedia technology is not fully mastered by Islamic Education trainee teachers. Therefore, this study was carried out to assess the level of knowledge and application of video animation among Islamic Education trainee teachers (GPPI) IPGM in Eastern Zone of Malaysia. The aim of study is also to examine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of application. This study involves 175 respondents, who were selected using purposive sampling. The instrument of questionnaires have five-point Likert Scale distributed throught Google Form (GF). The data were analyzed to get mean and standard deviation, while the relationship between the level of knowledge and application was analyzed inferentially using JAMOVI 2.4.14 software. This shows that the level of knowledge and application of animation videos among GPPI is at a high level.
