<p>Teachers’ pedagogical competence is influenced by various factors, one of which is the leadership of the school principal. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between school principal leadership and teachers’ pedagogical competence. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach, aiming to explore the relationship between school principal leadership and teachers’ pedagogical competence in public senior high schools across Pariaman City. The study population included all teachers teaching at public senior high schools in the city, totaling 262 individuals. The sample was determined using stratified proportional random sampling, resulting in 78 participants. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire with five answer options. The instrument had been tested for validity and reliability before use. The findings revealed that school principal leadership has a positive and significant relationship with teachers’ pedagogical competence in public senior high schools in Pariaman City.</p>Sonia Putri MelaniNellitawatiWidiawatiMerika Setiawati

<p>This research is a quantitative research with associative correlational research type. The subjects of the research were state junior high school teachers in Lubuk Begalung District, with a population of 179 people and the sample was determined using the Cochran formula totaling 129 people. The data collection tool used a Likert scale model questionnaire that had been tested to see the validity and reliability, and the results of the trial showed that the questionnaire was valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used the Simple Linear Regression technique with the help of the SPSS program version 26 For Windows. The results of the study indicate that 1) The work discipline of junior high school teachers in Lubuk Begalung District has been implemented very well 2) The leadership of the principals of junior high schools in Lubuk Begalung District has been implemented very well 3) There is a significant influence between the leadership of the principal and the work discipline of teachers. <p>This study aims to examine the relationship between service quality and student satisfaction at the Directorate of Academic Affairs of Universitas Negeri Padang, and to assess the extent of this relationship. This research is a correlational study, with a population of 52,959 students at Universitas Negeri Padang. The sample size in this study is 100 students, selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Descriptive analysis was first conducted by calculating the mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. Subsequently, normality tests, linearity tests, hypothesis testing, and significance testing of the relationship between variables were conducted using the t-test formula. The results of the data analysis show that there is a relationship between service quality and student satisfaction in the process of submitting letters to the Directorate of Academic Affairs of Universitas Negeri Padang, with a correlation coefficient of 0.821. <p>Education in Indonesia must continue to innovate in order to develop and meet the demands of the times. This innovation is not only focused on the curriculum and educational facilities, but also on the utilization of information technology to support learning. This study aims to examine the management of formal, non-formal, and informal education within the context of Indonesian education, as well as how the integration of these three types of education can enhance the overall quality of the education system. The method used in this research is a literature review, collecting and analyzing literature from various trusted sources. <p><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepraktisan sistem informasi manajemen katalog berbasis web untuk mendukung proses katalogisasi di perpustakaan. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari tahap uji coba produk dalam pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepraktisan sistem informasi manajemen katalog yang diimplementasikan di Perpustakaan. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga orang ahli pada tahap validasi dan 101 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Pendidikan angkatan 2021 pada tahap uji coba produk. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket validitas dan angket kepraktisan dengan menggunakan model Skala Likert. Berdasarkan uji kepraktisan diperoleh persentase sebesar 94,35 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website katalog perpustakaan mempunyai kriteria sebagai sistem informasi manajemen yang praktis bagi pengguna dan layak digunakan sebagai solusi untuk memudahkan pengunjung dalam mencari dan mengakses informasi perpustakaan secara cepat, efisien, dan terstruktur.</span></span></span></span></p>Amelia PutriHade AfriansyahAhmad SabandiLuthfiani
