This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The research population was all teachers at the State Vocational High School in Koto Tangah District as many as 78 people with a research sample of 67 people taken based on the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data collection techniques using the average formula (mean) and TCR calculation. The results showed that the principal's ability to mobilize teachers was good with an average (mean) of 4.04 and TCR 80.8%, the principal's ability to direct teachers was good with an average (mean) of 4.08 and TCR 81.7%, the principal's ability to motivate teachers was quite good with an average (mean) of 3.96 and TCR 79.3 and the principal's ability to influence teachers was good with an average (mean) of 4.34 and TCR 86.9%). Overall, the leadership of public vocational high school principals in the Koto Tangah sub-district of Padang City (mean 4.10 and TCR 82.1%) is in the good category. So the leadership of public vocational high school principals in the Koto Tangah sub-district of Padang City has a good ability to mobilize, direct, and influence teachers, but principals need to improve their ability to motivate teachers</p> Havizatul Khasanah Rifma Irsyad Luthfiani Copyright (c) 2025 SIJE-Student International Journal of Education 2025-09-30 2025-09-30 2 3 295 300 10.24036/sije.2.3.295-300 Teachers’ Perceptions of the Management of Learning Facilities in Public Senior High Schools Across Panyabungan Subdistrict, Mandailing Natal Regency https://ije.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/sije/article/view/225 <p>This study was motivated by the suboptimal management of learning facilities in public high schools in the Panyabungan Subdistrict, Mandailing Natal Regency. The research aims to examine teachers’ perceptions of the management of learning resources, focusing on six aspects: planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, storage, and maintenance. This quantitative descriptive study involved a population of 136 teachers, from which 103 were selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been validated and tested for reliability. A pilot test on 20 teachers outside the sample showed that all items were valid (r-count &gt; 0.444) and reliable, with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.962 at a 5% confidence level. The results revealed that teachers' perceptions of each management aspect were rated as good: planning (4.55), procurement (4.56), inventory (4.53), utilization (4.47), storage (4.49), and maintenance (4.51). Overall, the management of learning resources in public high schools in the Panyabungan Subdistrict was perceived to be in the good category, with an average score of 4.51. Its effectiveness is determined not only by its existence but also by how well its informative, educational, and interactive functions are carried out for students. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this study analyzes five key indicators: readability, content accuracy, content, efficiency, and user satisfaction, based on a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 81 students in grades 10 and 11 out of a total population of 396 students. The research instrument has undergone validity and reliability testing, ensuring that the perceptions obtained are sufficiently representative. The analysis results showed an average score of 4.12, indicating that the school website is functioning well, with the highest ratings in readability and satisfaction, and the lowest score in content accuracy, though still within the good category. The research subjects were employees at the Education Quality Assurance Centre of West Sumatra Province, with a population of 120 people and the sample was determined using the slovin formula which amounted to 55 people. The data collection tool uses a Likert scale model questionnaire that has been tested to see validity and reliability, and the results of the trial that the questionnaire is valid and reliable. Data analysis using mean (average) the results show that employee perceptions of supervision by direct superiors at BBPMP West Sumatra Province as a whole are in the good category with a score of 4.13. This means that standard setting, work measurement, supervisory assessment and corrective action at BBPMP West Sumatra Province have been implemented and felt well by employees.</p> Arini Ulfa Mawaddah Syahril Hadiyanto Luthfiani Copyright (c) 2025 SIJE-Student International Journal of Education 2025-09-30 2025-09-30 2 3 278 284 10.24036/sije.2.3.278-284 Student Perceptions of Blended Learning Lectures at the Department of Educational Administration Faculty of Education State University of Padang https://ije.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/sije/article/view/219 <p>This study aims to determine student perceptions of blended learning courses in the Department of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang. Blended learning is a learning method that combines face-to-face and online learning, and has been applied in several courses in this department. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 178 respondents of 2021 and 2022 batch students. The results showed that in general, students have a positive perception of all blended learning indicators, namely live events, self-paced learning, collaboration, assessment, and performance support materials. However, there are technical obstacles such as unsupportive internet signals and limited online learning facilities. Many factors affect employee performance, one of which is work motivation. This study aims to determine how much influence work motivation has on employee performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of West Sumatra Province. This research is a quantitative study with correlational research type. The population in this study were employees at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of West Sumatra Province totaling 80 people and the sample size was determined by the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, sampling was carried out using proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 45 people. The data collection tool uses a likert scale model questionnaire that has been tested to see validity and reliability, and the results of the trial that the questionnaire is valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used Simple Linear Regression technique with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that 1) Employee performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of West Sumatra Province was in the good category with an achievement level of 89.24%. 2) Work motivation at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of West Sumatra Province is in the high category with an achievement level of 89.50%. 3) There is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance of 67.2%.
