Abstract

This study aims to describe the needs of teachers, especially in the State Junior High School of Linggo Sari Baganti District in 2025-2029 so that teacher problems can be resolved. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative method. The subject of this research is a subject teacher in accordance with the applicable curriculum, namely the Independent Curriculum. The data collection method is secondary data documentation. The data analysis technique used is the ectrapolution projection technique. The results of the study show that the students of State Junior High School in Linggo Sari Baganti District are gradually decreasing every year. However, this decrease in students did not make a significant reduction in the number of study groups because the number of students in one group was still in the normal category. From the projection of teacher needs, it can be seen that State Junior High Schools in Linggo Sari Baganti District in 2025-2029 in PAI subjects need 1 ASN teacher; Pancasila Education 1 ASN teacher; Indonesian 8 ASN teachers;. Mathematics 5 ASN teachers; Science 5 ASN teachers; IPS 4 ASN teachers; English 3 ASN teachers; PJOK 3 ASN teachers; Informatics 4 ASN teachers; Arts and Crafts 7 ASN teachers.
