This research is motivated by a phenomenon that shows a change in assessment methods that were initially implemented using manual paper to computer-based national assessments. The purpose of this study is to obtain data and information about 1) Teachers' perceptions of the implementation of computer-based national assessments (ANBK) in terms of preparation for organizing educational units, 2) Teachers' perceptions of the implementation of computer-based national assessments (ANBK) in terms of the readiness of facilities and infrastructure. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research where this research will describe, examine and explain something that is studied as it is, and draw conclusions from phenomena that can be observed using numbers. The population of this study was all teachers at the Public Elementary School in Payakumbuh District, totaling 62 people. The sample was taken using the Total Sampling technique because the population was less than 100. The research instrument used was a Likert Scale model questionnaire with five answer choices that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study showed that: 1) Teachers' perceptions of the implementation of computer-based national assessments (ANBK) reviewed from the aspect of preparation for organizing educational units were implemented well with an average score of 4.53, 2) Teachers' perceptions of the implementation of computer-based national assessments (ANBK) reviewed from the aspect of readiness of facilities and infrastructure were implemented well with an average score of 4.39. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Teachers' perceptions of the implementation of computer-based national assessments (ANBK) in Elementary Schools in Payakumbuh District are good.
