This research is part of the product trial stage within the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Borg and Gall model. The method used is a quantitative method, which aims to measure the practicality level of the developed management information system. The research subjects included a supervising lecturer during the validation phase and 15 teachers at SMKN 5 Padang during the product trial phase. The research instruments used were a validity questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire based on the Likert Scale model. Based on the practicality test results, a percentage of 92% was obtained, which falls into the "very practical" category. The research results show that the teacher database management website meets the criteria as a practical management information system for users and is feasible to be used as a solution to facilitate the school in managing, updating, and accessing teacher data quickly, efficiently, and in a structured manner.
