The instrument used was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 54 statement items covering indicators of tangible service, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance, and has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that students' perceptions of library services as a whole were in the good category with an average score of 4.20. The details: Tangible 4.23, Reliability 4.20, Responsiveness 4.19, Assurance 4.18, and Empathy 4.22, all of which were in the good category.
