Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out more about how school management is implemented in improving the quality of education. This article was written using a qualitative method with the type of writing used being literature study. The discussion of this article has resulted in the conclusion that school management is very important in improving the quality of education. Managed in accordance with the needs and expectations of the school in implementing effective and efficient school management. Apart from that, school management plays an important role in the systematic process of improving the quality of services available in schools. This process involves planning school programs and careful management, as well as making other efforts related to the role duties of school administration staff, so that they can help the smooth running of the education process at school. It is hoped that school management can run effectively and efficiently according to the goals that will be achieved together and create good school quality. The success of education in schools is largely determined by the success of the principal in managing the educational staff available at the school. Currently improving the quality of education is very important to support the development of morality and the quality of a nation. Almost all countries are trying to improve the quality of education in their country. Not only that, the increasingly intensive development of science and technology also influences the need to improve the quality of education. Improving the quality of education is necessary to produce generations who are able to compete openly in various fields.
