Education in Indonesia must continue to innovate in order to develop and meet the demands of the times. This innovation is not only focused on the curriculum and educational facilities, but also on the utilization of information technology to support learning. This study aims to examine the management of formal, non-formal, and informal education within the context of Indonesian education, as well as how the integration of these three types of education can enhance the overall quality of the education system. The method used in this research is a literature review, collecting and analyzing literature from various trusted sources. The findings indicate that formal education has a rigid and structured framework, while non-formal education is more flexible in its application, and informal education takes place naturally in daily life
